Registration Guideline

• Registration is mandatory to get a digital certificate
• Registration can be done in two ways
  • Online registration
  • Registration at CA premises
• Each user gets login credentials after registration
• Registered users can
  • Apply for a new certificate
  • Apply for certificate renewal
  • Apply for certificate revocation

Registration Types

1. Individual

• Can apply for the 'Individual' certificates only
• Required Documents
  • Any one of the following IDs
    1. National ID (NID)
    2. Passport (MRP)
    3. Birth Registration Certificate (BRN)
    4. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Any one of the following document for address proof
    1. Utility Bill (electric / gas/ telephone)
    2. Rental Agreement (valid agreement)

2. Organization

• Can apply for the any certificate including SSL
• Required Documents
  • Any one of the following IDs
    1. National ID (NID)
    2. Passport (MRP)
    3. Birth Registration Certificate (BRN)
    4. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Any one of the following document for address proof
    1. Utility Bill (electric / gas/ telephone)
    2. Rental Agreement (valid agreement)
• Proof of Right of Organization to do Business
  1. Trade License
  2. VAT Registration
  3. Certificate of Incorporation
  4. Memorandum and Articles of Association
  5. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
